Please remember all inflatables must be pegged into the ground unless they are in a hall.
The area where the castle is to be placed should be flat and level and clear of all obstructions.
You will need a 13amp power supply within 25 meters of the castle (mains supply).
If the delivery driver needs to go up or down stairs or has a gap of less than 3 feet (approx 1 meter) you will need to inform us before booking.

Castlemania is based in Broadstone, while we concentrate our Bouncy Castles in the Poole, Dorset & Bournemouth, Dorset area, we will undertake deliveries to Blandford, Ringwood, Wareham, Verwood & areas in between.
In order to ensure that our quality of service is maintained we do have to go “where the work is” in other words if we have bookings in Wareham, Dorset on a certain day we may not be able to service Verwood the same day
